What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging. 

How do I start a return?

Simply email us at tavaboutique@hotmail.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions and a return address.

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style. please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. 

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

We sincerely apologise! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible. 

How long does shipping take?

Processing typically takes 2-4 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that link to monitor your delivery status. 

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some items may be restocked depending on demand. Subscribe to our newsletter to get restock alerts.

How do I know what size to order?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
